The company is credited with completing prestigious projects like Karapuzha Irrigation Project and Banasura Irrigation Project in the state of Kerala, the projects which supply drinking water and irrigation water to Wayanad and neighbouring districts. The company has also received laurels for completing the World Bank aided Parambikulam Aliyar Canal Project, which is the major water lifeline for the State of Tamilnadu.
The company has also executed marquee projects in Dental Care and hospitality by launching largest projects in the district.
Paily is the founder and Managing Partner of Paily & Co. and is one of the earliest pioneers in the construction industry in Kerala. He is a true visionary and has been executing various infrastructure projects for the Governments of Kerala and TamilNadu since 1987. His major projects include the Karapuzha Irrigation project and Banasura Irrigation projects in the state of Kerala, the twin projects which have transformed the economic landscape of the district.
He is also active in various social activities and sits on the boards of various hospitals and educational institutions.
Sanil is an experienced entrepreneur and development professional with a demonstrated history of executing large scale infrastructure projects in the government sector, as well as developing and managing private projects in diverse sectors of real estate such as hospitality, residential, and healthcare. He is the Partner of the company and was instrumental in launching the real estate vertical of the company.
He did his undergraduate studies in Civil Engineering from Calicut University and later completed his post graduation in Construction Management from NICMAR( National Institute of Construction Management & Research).
Sanil possesses strong project management and development acumen, with a high focus on design, quality, and customer satisfaction. He has demonstrated good proficiency in developing service-oriented projects in diverse fields of real estate from scratch, right from land acquisition to approvals, design, and their completion. He has successfully managed complex projects in the hospitality and healthcare sectors and is conversant about the complexities in deals involving real estate projects.
